Cuzenti is a mobile card game developed and operated by Cuzenti LLC, a company registered in Connecticut, USA. This Privacy Policy applies to the Cuzenti mobile application on iOS and Android, and governs how we handle personal data of players worldwide.
By using Cuzenti, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the app.

Anonymous Data
If you play without creating an account, we assign you an anonymous identifier to save your progress locally and in the cloud. This identifier is not linked to any personal information unless you later create an account.

How long we keep your information.
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you request deletion of your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes.
Aggregate, anonymized gameplay statistics may be retained indefinitely as they cannot be linked to you personally.
06 — Security
How we protect your data.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These include encrypted data transmission (TLS), secure cloud infrastructure via Google Firebase, and access controls limiting who can access production data.
No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our policy regarding minors.
Cuzenti is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Union). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under these ages. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
